Nameshift for brokers
You found the buyer.
We handle the rest.
Bring buyers to other sellers' domains through Nameshift and earn a commission on every sale. We take care of the payment, the transfer and the invoicing, so you can focus on the next deal.
How it works
Close a brokered deal
in four steps
You've agreed a price with a buyer. Now bring the deal to Nameshift. The seller reviews it in their dashboard, the buyer pays us, and we only release the money once the domain has moved. Nobody has to send money first, and nobody has to trust a stranger with an auth code.
You stay in control throughout: you get the links to share with the seller and the buyer, ready to send whenever it suits the conversation.
Create the deal
Enter the domain, the agreed sale price, your commission and the buyer's details.
The seller approves
Share the seller link. They sign up or add the domain to their account, see exactly what they receive, and approve in one click.
The buyer pays Nameshift
Send the buyer the payment link. We hold the payment safely while the domain is transferred.
You get paid
Once the sale completes, your commission is invoiced automatically and paid out with your other Nameshift payouts.
Your commission
Set your commission
the way you agreed it
A fixed amount or a percentage of the sale price. Charge it to the buyer, to the seller, or split it between both. Everyone sees exactly what they pay and what they receive before they approve.

What does Nameshift charge?
The seller pays no Nameshift commission on a brokered sale. A platform fee is deducted from your commission, and you see your exact payout before you create the deal.
Does the seller need a Nameshift account?
Your seller link takes care of it. A new seller creates an account with the domain already added; an existing seller adds it to their account in one click.
